Cancellation & Refund Policy
If at any point you would like to cancel your membership, please login to your online account to do so. Canceling a membership is the client’s responsibility. You are welcome to email us with questions but an email alone does not guarantee your membership will be canceled before the renewal day. There is a $100 fee to terminate memberships before the renewal date. There are NO REFUNDS or credit(s) for previously unused months nor for any future months you will no longer attend. To avoid a termination fee, please cancel your membership at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Usage:
Individuals who are not registered for a membership or who did not purchase a day pass are not allowed inside the facilities.
When purchasing a couples or family membership, all individuals must be registered into our system.
It is NOT permitted to let someone else use a member's key to access the facilities. Each key is assigned to a specific member and must ONLY be used by that individual.
Please clean up after yourself. We're locally owned. This means our team is small and we greatly appreciate your help in keeping the gym clean and organized for everyone to use.
Locker Rooms:
Be advised, the men's locker room does not have hot water. We apologize for the inconvenience. We ask that men do not use the women's locker room to shower or for any other purpose.

We respect our members’ privacy and want everyone to feel safe and comfortable.
Lockers:
Lockers are an additional $10 per month. If you would like a locker, make sure to mention this upon getting your gym key in-order to receive a locker key and pay the additional $10. If you decide to cancel your membership, you need to clean out your locker and return the key. For any questions about lockers, please contact the office.
